This is a full-time office-based role.

Some of the key responsibilities

This role is slightly unusual as you will be working in both pre-sale and post-sale project management.  Many of our sales enquiries are long term and complex collation of information and so your project management skills will help keep everything on track, then you will be charged with delivering the customer order on-time and in-budget. 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both high level and basic project management tasks and who will help us develop our systems.

You will be reporting into our Managing Director and working closely with the sales, technical and manufacturing teams.

The main responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• Client management and ensuring delivery against the Contract.
• Supporting the Executive and sales teams on bid writing and reviews for new projects.
• Coordinating the team on project documents and deliverables.
• Assisting the Directors with planning of work.
• Providing regular updates into the Master Schedule to ensure compliance with Project timescales.
• Ensuring work packages are delivered within approved budgets.
• Assisting in maintaining positive and effective communication during the project.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Your expertise & skills

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and be responsible for finding new sales opportunities and driving them to a successful conclusion.  This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role with 80% of your time talking to potential clients and building sustainable routes to market.

• You will be well organised and used to working with young, highly intelligent teams.
• You will need to be confident and methodical.
• A thorough understanding of ISO9001/AS9100 and, ideally, experience in implementing these within a business.
• Proven experience of delivering work packages within a highly complex project
• Proven experience working within a Project Management environment.
• Strong ICT skills
• A proactive approach to managing workload.
• An Engineering / Project Management background gained within Aerospace and/or Defence.
• Project management and/or risk management qualifications.
• Keen to get involved, with a positive and can-do attitude and a passion for helping the team produce great results.
• Good eye for detail, with the ability to organise and multi-task.
• Able to take own initiative, deal with difficult situations effectively and calmly.

It will be essential for this role that you are entitled to live and work in the UK and there will be a specific requirement for you to undergo vetting and successfully achieve an NSVS security clearance.

This is a full-time office-based role

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both high level and basic sales tasks.  You will be reporting into our Managing Director and ultimately will build a sales team reporting to you in the future.

Your focus will be achieving our revenue growth plans. 

The main responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• Sales revenue achievement
• Client engagement and opportunity management
• International distributor recruitment and development
• Bid writing and tender submission

Your expertise & skills

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and be responsible for finding new sales opportunities and driving them to a successful conclusion.  This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role with 80% of your time talking to potential clients and building sustainable routes to market.

• Demonstrable experience in building sales pipelines for technical complex products
• Working with international ‘distributor’ channels 
• Specific defence/military sector experience will be essential
• A thorough understanding of the UAS market, its customers, applications, and key value drivers
• Keen to get involved, with a positive and can-do attitude and a passion for helping the team produce great results.
• Good eye for detail, with the ability to organise and multi-task.
• Able to take own initiative, deal with difficult situations effectively and calmly.

This is a part-time office-based role c20 hours per week

Some of the key responsibilities

You will be a central focal point, providing support to ensure that the company is running as efficiently as possible, being the first line of support to the whole team, in particular the Managing Director, and constantly looking to create an engaging and supportive environment for our team. 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both high level and basic administrative tasks. You will be reporting into our Managing Director and could have administrators reporting into you in the future.

The main responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and reporting on finance matters including the businesses operational budget
• Maximising efficiencies with company processes and systems
• Supporting a company approach both internally and externally (through relationships with external contractors) that is both respectful and inclusive, whilst managing sensitive HR information
• Helping the senior team with day-to-day tasks, such as proof reading, creating documents, taking minutes, booking in appointments, undertaking research tasks, arranging travel
• Supporting the Executive Team on strategic work

Your expertise & skills

• You will be well organised and used to working with young, highly intelligent teams.

• Have a high level of numeracy with experience in Xero (or similar accounting packages)
• Having a formal accounting qualification AAT (or better still ACA, ACCA) would be ideal
• You will need to have excellent IT skills with a high level of accuracy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent presentation, communication and team working skills.
• Good eye for detail, with the ability to organise and multi-task.
• Able to take own initiative, deal with difficult situations effectively and calmly.
